We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms, perfect for our family of four. The kitchenette and clean bathrooms were a bonus. The shuttle service to the city center was convenient and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The on-site restaurant served delicious Thai and Pakistani food. I highly recommend this hotel for families.

Friendly customer service. From my room I could see the park. Location was just a walk down to gardens and a private park. I will choose the place for future trips, my stay was GREAT.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for rooms and breakfast. The staff are incredibly helpful, offering attention to detail and assisting with local touring itinerary and preparations for day trips. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with free wifi and three large single beds for the children. The location inside the residential area of Palm Springs provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The hotel provides a shuttle service for guests, making up for its location quite far from the center of Chiang Mai.

The lack of food choices outside the hotel.

We loved the spacious grounds and play structure for our kids. The staff was extremely helpful, arranging activities and accommodating our early breakfast request. The family room setup was perfect, with two rooms connected by a door and each having their own bathroom. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the city center and other destinations of interest upon request.

    Nothing, it is perfect.

We were pleasantly surprised by the charming hotel with large rooms that made us feel right at home. The well-kept garden provided a peaceful atmosphere away from the loud city center. The staff, especially Palika, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. The shuttle service was a convenient option for exploring the city or other destinations of interest.

The lack of a swimming pool on the premises was a bit disappointing.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The free tuk-tuk service was a great bonus and made getting around a lot easier. The decor of the hotel was beautiful and really added to the overall experience.

The WiFi was unreliable in our room and the breakfast service could have been better. We had an early meeting and were disappointed that breakfast wasn't ready on time, but the staff did their best to provide us with something to eat.

In addition, the transportation service provided by the hotel was good and helped us save on transportation expenses. Moreover, the breakfast provided was tasty and had a good selection. we appreciated the staff's efforts to make our stay pleasant.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were much bigger than expected, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The shuttle service to the nearby city center was a huge plus, as it allowed me to easily explore the area without having to navigate unfamiliar transportation. Plus, the breakfast buffet featured a great selection of food to start my day off on the right foot.

The location of the hotel was a bit isolated, so it wasn't always easy to find nearby restaurants or activities to try out. while the rooms were comfortable and nicely equipped, they could have been decorated a bit more warmly to make them feel more inviting.
